This is a great gym for anyone interested in training. They specialize in Jiu Jitsu but you can also train Wrestling, Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, and MMA training as well. They have afternoon and evening classes six days a week to fit anyones schedule, including kids Jiu Jitsu classes. The instructors are great and every student teaches one another to help each other grow and learn. Whether its a hobby or you have aspirations of competing, you should come try Travis Lutters.
BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMFUL BILLING!!! Read other reviews about how the contract is set up. It’s a shame that you can only train at the gym after signing a convoluted contract that will scam you out of money after TRYING to cancel your membership. Once attempting to cancel your membership you will continue to get charged for training you do not receive EVEN AFTER agreeing to pay the cancellation fee. They do not refund membership fees either. This gym is a front for a money machine. They do not care about members… they only care about revenue.
This is a great place to learn mixed martial arts and just generally stay in shape. I’m not a competitor really, but I love the training and this place keeps me in excellent shape. I’ve lost and kept off 20 pounds and I can actually see my abs now (jiujitsu really works out your core section!).
If you’re in high school who needs self-respect and confidence, if you’re a female who wants to learn self-defense and burn fat, or if you’re a working professional who just wants to compete in local jiujitsu tournaments, then this is the place for you. It’s a great team there and everyone is welcome to come train.
