Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes are geared toward self-defense and street effectiveness, but also include sport competition training. Classes include Kids BJJ, Youth BJJ, Adult BJJ, Competition Training, No-Gi BJJ, and access to open mat free-practice training.
Located inside Snow’s Gymnastics Center, the Academy has much to offer kids who have lots of energy, such as climbing ropes, trampolines, foam pits, obstacle courses, crash mats, high-energy classes, and much more! The gym has been operating since 1985 and was the first gymnastics center in Keller. This enables the lowest Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu rates in the Metroplex!
