I have been going here for almost a year now. This gym has made me improve more than i ever thought possible. I am getting better everyday. I work with Coach Colling every weekday and come to every clinic they have. I really like it when coach Gregor Gillespie comes in for clinics he is my favorite coach. I just started doing personal training at prestige as well. It is challenging but i am getting better as a result. This gym is my life.
Good gym. Lots of practice partners, good weight programs, good coaches and the sickest gear
