Checked this gym out a few months ago. The gym is actually based out of a house. Instructors seemed to be legit. However, I did not end up joining because the facilities hygiene just did not seem up to par. The ventilation was poor and the mats did not seemed to be cleaned with any frequency. Perhaps some might think its ok, but I do not want to be catching a staph infection from rolling in a dirty mat.
