Shaddock MMA first opened in Eldersburg, in April 2008, and our goal was to provide Carroll County with a full-service boxing/MMA gym for everyone: young and old, in good shape or not-so-good, and for those wanting full-contact and those who don’t. You don’t need any previous martial arts or boxing experience. Classes that are offered cover a broad spectrum of intensity levels and fitness needs, but they all share the same belief: Push yourself and you will be surprised by the results.
