Ummm…just what exactly is Ron Griffey lightweight champion of? I’d love to know, pretty sure that guy isn’t champion of anything….so if you could expand on that, that’d be peachy. Also, it should be cheap, below average instruction from a below average gym. I’d bet almost certainly that mr Griffey himself wrote the previous comment from “joe” about gmt being a great place to train. Soooo not true!
Best striking and ground training I’ve ever found in Kansas. Better than these other gyms, not as costly either. I get top notch training at a low monthly cost but more than that im part of a family. One guy might fight but we all come for support.
