Rhynos has done wonders for me both mentally a physically. Their ju jitsu program is great. Coach Mo tries and succeeds at not only teaching great technique , but also works elements of self defense and awareness into his program. I couldn’t be happier with the level of training I’ve received here. Many times Mo will even bring in guest coaches like John Fitch to do seminars. If your looking for top notch no bullshit training I would highly recommend this gym.
