Ruel and his staff teach karate, boxing, kick boxing and mixed martial arts. They also have Zumba and belly dancing classes for their female customers. Ruel’s staff includes MMA instructor and professional fighter Angelo “Sand Man” Franco, as well as instructors for Zumba, belly dancing and yoga.
