We will hold monthly seminars that will teach boxing and MMA techniques as well as provide interested participants the opportunity to be selected to join our team of boxing and MMA competitors. Coaches Martin Downs and Kody Downs teach kids’ boxing classes for all skill levels ages 8 through 13 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7pm. These classes are by invitation only. Please contact Coach Larry Downs, Jr. for availability.
