Head Instructor Roberto Cuartero began his Jiu Jitsu training in 2000, and is currently a Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Gracie Barra Black Belt 2x World Champion Aparecido “Bill” Faria. Prof. Bill has been a close friend and mentor. For the last four years he has also been Certified as a Coach under World Shooto Champion and UFC Veteran Coach Erik Paulson in the CSW system. Roberto has competed in Local, State, and World tournaments.
