Chief Instructor at Merced MMA is Marcos Tome, who was born and raised in Brazil. He holds a Brown belt in Brazilian Jiujitsu and a Brown belt in Judo. The Kick Boxing instructor is Justin Smitley, a Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter who has been studying the Martial Arts his entire life. He is also the Chief Kickboxing Instructor at Oakdale MMA. Justin holds a Purple belt in Brazilian JiuJ itsu.
