While members of NESF compete regularly on a professional and amateur basis in MMA and grappling contests, training is by no means limited only to individuals whose goal is to step into a cage. We ask only that you be willing to train hard, keep an open mind, and maintain a positive attitude. Current members range in age from the single digits to their 50s, and of course include both males and female.
