I’ve been to a lot of places and Submit BJJ is by FAR the best. Great group of guys! Many places charge you exorbitant prices for what is basically a social hour a few days a week. These guys are focused, friendly, and hard working. You can’t ask for more for your money. I wish I still lived in Stamford because I would be here everyday. For me Submit is the golden standard that I compare every new place I go to. If you’re not at Submit, you’re doing it wrong.
BJJ is the future of mix martial arts. Attended a few classes and loved it.
