Mass Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was formed to offer a practical approach to training for self defense in a fun and safe environment. By combining grappling arts like Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Submission Wrestling with striking arts including Kickboxing and Boxing we create a system that encompasses all aspects of self defense.
Students have the option of training specifically in grappling, kickboxing, or vale-tudo (a combination of grappling and striking). Classes are focused at keeping students working throughout the class to get an effective workout.
